But hey! Why do we have to clash when we can get together and run life symbiotically.

So will you consider yourself as an artist? If you ask me I would say yes because with just simple organizing of things is already consider as an art. Though it is not as complex and vivid as the real painter, as long as you have the inner thought of being an artist then your artist. Your an artist in your own way and not with the dictation of this world.

Ever since the technology has uprooted and make his face known to people every day new technology were shown to public for personal and company use. At first technologies were only developed for companies and industries, they make things easier and cost effective for the company owner and workers but now technology has leaked out to every household and personal interest. One of this is about visual arts.

Visual arts has been present ever since man was known. They make simple drawings and images that will help them identify events and things happen to them. Every century, decade, and years it has evolved and now technology has merge with visual arts to provide more realistic and powerful images. Before arts are mere drawing of two dimensional images but now arts surpass its limit of pencil and papers they have evolved and conquered the digital world from 3D graphics and web designs. Web Company is now growing because of this developments. Some of them were able to create much more different than the usual like the User Interface Design. Though many were able to create some the same with the others but still there's an authentic signature, a Web Design Information.

I really like robots specially the transformers. I like how the story goes and how robots can transform. Disguising themselves as vehicles and other objects. Since I like robots I want to share a speed painting of Optimus Prime that I found on youtube.

I'm an artist but I haven't tried a good painting of a robot. I really sucks on creating lights and shadows with robots. So here's the video clip of the speed painting and enjoy.

I know most people have been to the hospital. Most of us consults doctors or do our regular check ups. Others go there for laboratories and test while others are for confinement or emergency cases. Like when I was hospitalized due to urinary problem a lot of this nurses and medical assistant really took good care of me. And some of them are really patience enough to wait and assist me during the ultrasounds and laboratories.

There’s one thing that bothers me and I keep thinking about it. What was the difference between nurses and medical assistants aside from wearing white clothes?

Nurses and medical assistants are sometimes mistakenly thought that they are the same but actually there are differences between these two. A nurse is more inclined with assisting the doctors with patients need medical attention, especially when there’s an operation while a medical assistant mainly deals with clerical works for the doctors. Though there are differences, still, nurse and medical assistant are one good examples of the art medicines and of helping.

"Learning Sports: Golf"

One of the sports that I didn’t have a chance to at least played a single game. First is because you need to have the basic equipment to play the game and second you need to be a member or a guest of the member to play in the game area. So how am I going to know experience playing this game in real life? To be honest I don’t know much about this sports I only manage to learn it in watching sports on TV. So if I were given a chance I would love to learn to swing those golf clubs, in real life, and score a hole in one. Yes! Golf is the sports that I wasn’t able to learn and play and real life just as I said before to be able to play golf it will require some equipment that is not easy to acquire and you need to go to a golf shop to acquire them unlike basketball, soccer, table tennis, and the like. Those games that I have mentioned are much easier and the tools or gadgets are of course budget wise cheaper to acquire. So with someone like me who is not like Ritchie Rich will just have to manage and learn in some other ways. And the only way that I know where I could learn is… where else but inside a virtual world… in computer and video games. Though it’s not real still I learn some of the terminologies that are being used in the game. Some of these are hole-in-one, birdie, boogie and a whole lot more.

So while I still cannot learn or play it for real I’ll just have to stick around with the virtual world of computer and video games. But there are still some other options that I have found and I think I could learn some from them. I found a site about golf the only thing is that it is written in German. But it doesn’t bother me at all because I want to learn and the good thing is that there are sites that offer translation. So plain and simple.

The site is called Golfkurse Platzreife, the Platzreife is a german word for playing permission on a golf course. Maybe I should really visit some of the Golfshop here in our town to be more familiarize with golf. So wish me luck learning golf!

"Superhero Speed Painting"

Since I was a child I was fascinated with superheroes. Most of my drawings back then was about superheroes. I started drawing their heads because its a bit easier to draw. There's not much complication drawing the face especially if the hero is wearing a mask. Later on I was able to draw their bodies. Male body structure is much easier to draw because of its rugged and bulky edges unlike the female body structure its more finesse with a lot of curves. Curves that sometimes its so hard to make it equally proportion.

Time comes and I started making my own superhero characters and I think I have posted some of them here already.

Now with the fast development of technology and the uprising of modern art or what we may the graphic arts, making superheroes come to life is much easier. Images are more alive that sometimes you can't figure out which is which. Like the speed painting here it really gives a full detailed look of Iron Man with just a simple strokes and magic of technology.

There is a lot of Med School that are offering short term courses for people who are eager to learn immediately.

One of this Med school is the Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts that offers different course together with their highly trained and educated doctors, nurses and medical technologists. Aside from qualified doctors, nurses and medical technologists they also provide a venue to have a first experience with regards to their courses. This past few months I've been planning to paint again but unfortunately I'm pretty occupied with a lot of things. But I really want to do at least one painting for this year. In my strive to make a painting I keep on making unfinished paintings. Some of my paints were already dried up and brushes I don't know if they're still quite okay. I missed those brushes. Holding them in your hands, swaying and stroking them around the canvas. That eases me a lot when I feel stressed. My only problem is time I really need to give time for this. I just have to do one painting this year, at least.

The synchronization of each sound is good and it really depicts what it supposed to convey to listeners. I give an "A" for this one and a two thumbs up for the conductor. Conducting and directing such number with a sound like this I thinks its really hard.

"The National Artist Controversy"

I'm an artist and I like arts. I had read and seen works of famous Filipino Artists, most of them fascinating which leads to become an artist as well. But I haven't done much work that would be considered.

This is my thoughts about the recent proclamation of four new National Artists by PGMA.

First, yes they are artist also but have they met the criteria for which to become a NATIONAL ARTIST and had they met the standard set by the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) and Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). Like Mr. Carlo Caparas, why is it that he was granted to be National Artist of two categories, namely Film and Visual Arts? I think Mars Ravelo is much better to put on the visual arts for he has made numerous fictional icons. And in film there are lots of best directors who have contributed much than him.

Second, yes PGMA has the prerogative to choose who ever she wants to but she's forgetting something that there is a standard set by the NCCA and CCP at least she should have based her decision according to the standard. So what are the standards for? So meaning if she has the prerogative she could just pick anyone?

Third, for those chosen "National Artist" do they really feel that they deserve it. How can they proclaim that they are an artist if even the realm of artist don't recognize you. Maybe they should have at least kept their dignity.

I remember the day that we started constructing our little house. The house is just small and it is just like a duplex, it is attached to the main house of Mom and Pop. We designed and colored it the way we wanted it. Of course it is bluer than blue!

When it is finished we were so busy planning and thinking on what to put in it. We bought blue vinyl tiles for the floor and it was so cool. We painted the walls light blue just like the sky and on the kitchen, since it is small, we bought a small sink and put granite tops like tiles on it. Simple and looks elegant.

I really like this movie. So that's where the idea came from and I'm fascinated about fairies and nymphs. The material was sketch on a paper.

"Notes" is an artwork that I've made during the time that air spray is being introduced. Using a color pen and a device the ink of the color pen is sprayed on the paper and coloring the subject in a unique spreading of color. Air brush wasn't popular that time.

The main subject are musical notes. I made a design of different musical notes, cut it out and sprayed colors on it. The effect is different!

This artwork is my trial version of perfecting a life like portrayal of a subject. Eventually it did not come out as I wanted it to be. The artwork was inspired during the commencement of the Last Supper during the Holy Week. The materials used was board and oil pastel.

Why is this artwork entitled 'Beach'? I'm sure that's what is running into your heads right now. First things first, this is my abstract expression of a beach. I played around with the shapes and colors of things that you can see on a beach, first the umbrellas, beach balls, palm trees and towels. That's how I play with my mind. The artwork medium was watercolor on paper.

This artwork was done on a time that I so bored and I don't have anything to do. I only got a black watercolor (I run out of coloring materials that time) and a slightly used board paper. I started it with an idea of a crying man which was just recently denied and deprived of love they it goes on and on with the background and finished it. The mood of loneliness.

This is another artwork which was done on my early days in college. Aspiring and full of ideas that triggers me to create something like this painting the 'Growth'. The newly budding trees depicts life of a teenager which balances himself to whatever side he will be facing be it on lighter side or in the darker side of life.

Another painting done on pelt paper and used pastel as coloring material. On this artwork I used shapes and shades to portray an eye which I called 'Eye of Sin'. It depicts the eye as points and window for all sins. When we see things that are not right it registers in eyes.

This painting is my own definition and representation of monopoly. A monopolized town with only one provider of goods. Depicted on the scene is the scarcity of things showed in the baldness of trees. The paper used in this artwork is illustration board and painted with watercolor.

Another lonely moments were depicted on this painting. A gloomy face on a gloomy blue shade of color. This artwork was on board paper and used watercolor as coloring medium. Used extra/pure watercolor to depict the hard and heavy effect of the color.

This painting was done when I was still studying I think it was in my early college days. This artwork depicts sentiments / crying presented in an abstract form. This artwork is a an enhancement of a photo of a flower. Used an ordinary digital camera with 3.5 megapixel and added some things and effect using Adobe Photoshop. The main catch here is that i don't know how the flower glowed like that. I did not manipulate the glow of the flower it just went out that way.

This painting was done during the time that I was so bored and I don't have any idea what to paint. I found this extra and unused pelt paper. I went out of our house and look for something to give me an idea. Then I found this little, tiny and yet beautiful flowers. I don't know what they are called but they sure struck my head. So I went back to the house and started this painting. Using a different kind of stroke I manage to come up with this painting. The mediums are pelt paper and acrylic. It is entitled "Floral".
